Whoohooo!!

I started my workout plan today. I didn't make any excuses, I just went and did it. I have to do something. I'm 50 pounds overweight and I feel miserable.
This is the first step....

  • LOL! That's funny Arielle! I have to work out at the military gym (which is fine with me cause it's free) but there are all these hardbodies and I feel like the beached whale!
    I am planning on going to work out three times a week for atleast 30-hour. Mainly cardio workouts, like the treadmill/stairmaster/eliptical trainer. Suprisingly I feel good after just one workout.
