I had a super long, super great post and went to spell check it and I fricken lost it. This makes me want to stop blogging!! Blogger.....I want the last hour of my life back bitch!
having lost a few myself, i usually click in the text box, do a [ctrl][a] to select all the text. do a [ctrl][c] to copy the post and then do a save as draft. the copy will hold your post in buffer (clipboard) so you can get it back (maybe) if blogger makes it go bye-bye
after i save as draft and click edit again, i do the spell check
remember to highlight something else after you finally post and do a [ctrl][c] to copy it, because otherwise whatever you last copied just stays in clipboard and anyone who uses your computer afterwards could accidentally paste your post from clipboard into anything they happen to be working on/with.
also, clipboard gets automatically wiped by shutting down or restarting
I SO HATE when that happens. I get in a hurry and I've done it too. I now open word and type my post...spell check it there and copy & paste it into Blogger.
Just stopped by to say hello and catch up on some of your posts :)

All you have to do is click on recover post and it will come back up. I learned the hard way.
But that's all you have to do if it gets erased like that.

I think this post had to be better than the one you spent an hour on. :D
The "bitch" at the end was a great touch.
